Sonia Tuñón Fernández possesses extensive experience in management systems, quality, environmental, and food safety management. Since September 2012, Sonia has held the position of Responsable de Sistemas de Gestión y Sostenibilidad at Grupo Torrent, following a role as Plant Quality, Environment and Food Safety Manager at Artenius Pet Packaging Iberia from February 2011 to September 2012. Prior to that, Sonia served as EHS, Food Safety and Quality Manager at Mercaóleo, S.L. from March 2008 to February 2010. Starting in January 2002, Sonia worked as a Management Systems Consultant until February 2008, focusing on the implementation and certification of integrated quality and environmental systems, along with food safety system reviews. Educationally, Sonia holds a degree in Ingeniería Industrial with a specialization in Organización Industrial from the University of Navarra.
