Carla Alves Oliveira

Carla Alves Oliveira has extensive experience in commercial management, currently serving as Coodernadora Comercial at Grupo Viamais since January 2020, following a role as Supervisor Comercial. Prior to this, Carla worked at BTCC Conexão Cliente from June 2013 to August 2019, first as Supervisor de Atendimento e Negócios, focusing on managing and developing staff to achieve objectives and goals, and then as Monitor, where the role involved evaluating calls to identify development opportunities for operators. Carla holds a Bacharelado in Administração e Negócios from Universidade Paulista and is pursuing a Pós-graduação Lato Sensu - MBA in Gestão Comercial Negociação e Inteligência de Mercado at IPOG.
