Bruno Moreira dos Santos

Bruno Moreira dos Santos is an experienced production coordinator with a strong background in managing large teams and optimizing industrial processes. Since March 2023, Bruno has served as Coordenador de produção at Vittia, overseeing over 100 collaborators in the production of fertilizers. Prior to this role, Bruno coordinated production at Satus Ager S.A., focused on seed processing, and held leadership positions at UPL and Tecnoseeds, managing production operations of agricultural products and hybrid seed processing respectively. Bruno began their career at Monsanto Company, where foundational experiences were gained in seed analysis and processing. Holding an MBA in Strategic People Management and a degree in Chemical Engineering, alongside technical training in chemistry, Bruno combines technical expertise with leadership skills to drive operational improvements in manufacturing environments.
