Luiz Fernando Freesz

Luiz Fernando Freesz is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations management and strategic consulting. Currently serving as the Head de CSC at Grupo Zelo since January 2021, Luiz has previously held key positions such as Gerente Nacional de Operações and Gerente de Excelência Operacional. Luiz's expertise includes a range of roles in project management and operational excellence, including roles at Change Estratégia de Gente e Gestão as a Consultor estratégico and at Grupo Oncoclinicas as Gerente de Melhoria Contínua and Gerente de Projetos | PMO. Earlier experience encompasses project coordination at DELP ENGENHARIA MECÂNICA, along with planning internships at GE Transportation and Energ Power SA. Luiz is pursuing an MBA in Finance and Controllership from USP/Esalq and holds an MBA in Project Management from FGV, complemented by a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Escola EDTI.
