Roberto Resende Toledo

Roberto Resende Toledo serves as the Director of Operations and Sustainability at Grupo Zelo since July 2019, overseeing operations in the North and Northeast regions and managing sustainability efforts for the entire organization. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with labor, tax, civil, environmental, and urban legislation. Prior to this role, Roberto held managerial responsibilities at Social RBN from April 2012 to June 2019 and practiced law as an attorney at Advocacia Claudio Atala Inacio E Associados from February 2011 to March 2012. Roberto's academic qualifications include a specialization in Business Law from PUC Minas, an MBA in Governance, Risks, and Compliance from CEDIN Educacional, and a postgraduate degree in Business Management from ESIC Business & Marketing School, among other degrees in compliance and public policy management.
