Anup Chada

Anup Chada has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Anup began their career at LG CNS in Bangalore, India, where they worked as a Senior Associate in Human Resources from June 2006 to December 2009. Anup then joined Grupokaybee Pte Ltd in 2010 as the Head of Human Resources. In this role, they were responsible for leading the HR function across Asia, Africa, and South America, reporting to the Group CEO. Anup served as a member of the Group Executive Leadership Committee and acted as a coach and advisor to the C-Suite and Leadership Team on Human Capital issues. Anup also played a key role in organization development, strategic planning, and enabling group-level transformations. Anup oversaw global HR operations and was a business partner to the Executive Leadership, Senior Management, and Business Heads.

Anup Chada completed their Primary and High School at D.A.V Sr. Secondary School in Chennai. Anup then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering, Anna University. Anup later attended the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, where they completed the Executive Management Program in Marketing, OB, Operations, and Finance. Finally, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Alliance Manchester Business School, specializing in OB & HR, Marketing, Finance & Operations (General Management).
