Rebeca Flores

Rebeca Flores is currently the Payroll & Attendance Manager at Triple-S, a position held since April 2022, where oversight includes a team of Payroll Analysts and ensuring compliance with payroll processes for eight companies. Previous roles at Triple-S also include Global Payroll Manager and Senior Payroll Analyst. Rebeca's experience spans back to 2007, with significant positions as Staff Accountant and Payroll Supervisor at MANAGEMENT GROUP INVESTORS, as well as earlier roles in accounting and auditing at Droguería Betances, Inc., and Empresas Santana. Rebeca holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Universidad de Puerto Rico and a Master's degree in Accounting from Universidad del Este.
