Andrey Bondarenko

Andrey Bondarenko serves as the Treasury and Corporate Finance Director at Ilim Group since April 2016, leading significant financial initiatives including managing a loan portfolio and executing the largest syndicated loan facilities in the pulp and paper industry within CIS and Eastern Europe. Prior to this role, Andrey spent nearly a decade at EY, advancing from Manager to Director in Assurance and Advisory Business Services, where responsibilities included improving financial reporting functions and overseeing audit engagements under various reporting standards. Earlier experience includes serving as Deputy Chief Compliance Officer at Industry and Construction Bank, where Andrey implemented an anti-money laundering financial monitoring system. Andrey holds a Ph.D. in Finance, is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, and possesses a Russian statutory audit certificate.
