Paolo Fiandaca is a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in various large-scale construction projects. Currently, Paolo is managing the Itinerario Ragusa-Catania for Gruppo ICM since April 2023. Previously, from April 2013 to March 2023, Paolo oversaw multiple significant projects at italiana costruzioni spa, including the Biomedical Research and Biotechnology Center in Carini (EUR 94 million), the Science and Technology Park in Novi Sad, and the Corridor XI E-763 Belgrade-South Adriatic Highway (USD 75 million). Prior to this, from March 2002 to March 2013, Paolo worked at Impresa Pizzarotti & C. S.p.A., leading projects such as the Milan beltway "TEEM" and the A3 "Salerno-Reggio Calabria" highway, with works valued at EUR 450 million and EUR 350 million, respectively. Paolo holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Università di Catania.
