Andrea Ferraro

Andrea Ferraro has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Starting in 2000, Andrea worked as a Software Engineer at ST Microelectronics for a brief period before transitioning to IBM, where they served as a System Engineer from 2000 to 2003. In 2003, Andrea joined INFN as a Senior System Engineer and later took on the role of Data Center Facility Engineer. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as a Technology Transfer Office consultant at INFN. In 2017, Andrea joined Gruppo SCAI, initially as a Cloud Engineer and later as the Head of Cloud Solution Architecture. In their current role, Andrea leads a team of solution architects and engineers, focusing on Cloud Architecture and Adoption, collaborating with clients from proposal to implementation of Cloud infrastructures.

Andrea Ferraro pursued a degree in Electrical Engineering at Università degli Studi di Padova. In addition, Andrea has obtained several certifications, including AWS Partner: Cloud Economics Accreditation from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2022, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from AWS in 2021, and Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in 2021.
