Massimiliano Cifarelli

Massimiliano Cifarelli has extensive experience in the real estate sector, having worked at Gruppo Tempocasa since June 1996, where Massimiliano has held various leadership roles, including Team Manager and Director of Tempocollege, the internal training department. In addition to managing their own real estate agencies, Massimiliano has also served as an Executive Manager and was previously an Area Manager before the position evolved into Project Manager Senior. Beyond Tempocasa, Massimiliano has been a leadership coach at Beautifulminds Formazione since September 2016 and has acted as a business consultant and expert since 2007 through CIFA Consult. Massimiliano holds a degree in Communication Sciences from Università degli Studi eCampus, expected in May 2024, and possesses a background in real estate as a certified appraiser in the province of Macerata.
