Angus Downing is an Intelligence Manager at Greyhound Racing Victoria, with extensive experience in analyzing and investigating integrity and welfare risks in the greyhound racing industry. Angus has also worked as a Rostered Expert at Justice Rapid Response, providing specialized expertise in investigations of serious human rights violations. With a background in law and public policy consulting, Angus has a strong foundation in analyzing data, conducting investigations, and contributing to international projects.
