Jef Rogers

Jef is a Managing Director within Gryphon’s Heritage Fund team. In his role, he supports the underwriting and diligence of new Gryphon Heritage Fund investments, and partners with the management teams at Gryphon’s Heritage Fund portfolio companies across the investment lifecycle on value creation programs and strategy development. During his first tenure at Gryphon, from 2002 to 2014, Jef assisted with the execution and performance improvement of investments including Bright Now! Dental, Eight O’Clock Coffee, Flagstone Foods, Intelligrated, K&N Engineering, MSD Ignition, SynteractHCR, Trinity Consultants, and Trusthouse Services.
