Tracy Lypen

Tracy joined Gryphon in 2022 as an Executive Assistant supporting Gryphon’s Flagship Management Committee (the “FMC”). In her role, Tracy assists the FMC in developing, documenting, and executing new processes related to its investment decision-making and personnel processes, as well as supporting firmwide projects as needed.
