The current leadership team at Gryphon Place has a wide range of experience in the social services and human resources field. Most recently, they have worked as a Program Director at United Way of Greater Toledo, an Outreach Specialist at Adelante LRC, and a General Manager at Taller De Artesanias de Canter. They also have experience working as an HR Generalist at Total Plastics, Int'l and an HR Specialist at Kalamazoo Community Mental Health. In addition, they have experience in sales support, having worked as a Sales Support Representative at BASIC and Belwith Products. Finally, they have experience in Coordinated Access Specialist at United Way of Greater Cleveland and an Information and Referral Specialist at United Way of Greater Toledo. They hold a degree in Business Administration and Management from Centro de Estudios Universitarios Veracruz and a degree in Human Resources Development from Villanova University.
