Chris has also held positions such as Major Projects/Business Development Manager at Cardno, Senior Project Manager at Metro Trains Melbourne, and Bid & Business Development Manager at McConnell Dowell. Their work experience spans across various countries and projects, including mining development, transport infrastructure, and underground utilities. Chris's career began as a Project Engineer-Construction Manager at Stockton Pipelines and Mining Geologist at JCI Western Areas Gold Mine.
Chris Swaine completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Mining Geology from the University of Exeter from 1993 to 1996. Chris then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Mining Engineering from the same institution, graduating in 1999.
