Mihaela Florea

Mihaela Florea has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Mihaela currently holds the position of Head of Human Resources Central Europe at G's since January 2019. Prior to that, they were the HRM for Germany and Romania at Sonae Sierra from April 2012 to December 2018. Mihaela also served as the HR Manager for Romania at Sonae Sierra from September 2010 to April 2012. Before joining Sonae Sierra, Mihaela worked as an HR Manager at Ritzio Entertainment Group from June 2005 to September 2008. Mihaela started their career in HR Training at LUSH FRESH HANDMADE COSMETICS in April 2003 and worked there until June 2005.

Mihaela Florea completed a President MBA in HR at IEDC - Bled School of Management from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in HR from Academia de Studii Economice din București between 2005 and 2007. Mihaela also holds a degree in Psychology from the Psychology University, which they obtained in 1999 after studying there from 1994 to 1999.
