Ria Weller McIpd

Ria Weller MCIPD currently serves as the Head of Shared Services & Employee Relations at G's Group, an international farming business known for its innovations and customer insights. Since joining G's Group in June 2021, Ria has contributed to the organization's mission of supplying quality produce across the UK, Europe, and the USA. Prior to this role, from November 2003 to April 2020, Ria held the position of Head of HR at Independent Clinical Services. Ria completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management at Anglia Ruskin University between 2006 and 2008.
