John Doucette is an experienced process engineer who has worked in various companies such as GS Plastic Optics, forteq North America Inc., EG Industries, Röchling Advent Tool & Mold, Alliance Precision Plastics, Parker Hannifin, and Webster Plastics. With a Masters of Science in Plastics Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, John has managed operations, led continuous improvement projects, and coached technicians to advance their problem-solving abilities. John has a strong background in process development and implementation, utilizing scientific molding, DOE's, lean manufacturing principles, and re-engineering processes for significant cost savings.
