Lori Steffenilla

Lori Steffenilla is a seasoned operations executive with significant experience in the optical manufacturing industry. As the Senior Vice President of Operations at G-S Plastic Optics since January 2015, Lori Steffenilla oversees all leadership, vision, and management aspects of operations. Previously, as Vice President of Operations at Syntec Optics from July 2000 to December 2014, Lori Steffenilla directed manufacturing operations for precision optical injection molding and assembly, achieving significant sales growth and implementing key systems and practices such as JIT manufacturing and ERP. Lori Steffenilla began the career as Operations Manager at Kaman Industrial Technologies from January 1995 to February 2000, focusing on project management and customer service. Lori Steffenilla holds a B.A. from the University of Rochester.
