Petra Geerdink

Petra Geerdink currently serves as a Marketing Communications advisor at GS1 Netherlands, where the focus is on sustainability solutions since 2009. Prior to this role, Petra was a board member of DWIRE, a networking group for women in real estate, from January 2007 to May 2009. From 2002 to 2008, Petra worked as a Marketing Communications & PR manager at Cushman & Wakefield, leading the development and implementation of marketing communications and public relations strategies. Petra's career began at SAS Institute, where roles evolved from Communications, Events and Marketing Executive to Events Coordinator and then to Communications Executive between 1996 and 2001. Educational background includes a degree from the University of Amsterdam, obtained between 1990 and 1995.
