Rob Bouwels is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data management, project management, and business development. Since May 2016, Rob has been serving as a Senior Business Consultant in Data Management at GS1 Nederland, focusing on managing item master data and ensuring compliance with various regulations related to product data. Prior to this, Rob worked at FloraHolland for nearly nine years in multiple project management roles, overseeing strategic initiatives and system innovations within the floral distribution sector. Earlier career stages include technical consultancy and project management at Imtech ICT Eniac, system analysis at Helso Helmond, and database administration at Johnson Matthey. Rob holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics and Information Technology from Fontys University and has completed various professional training programs, including Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
