Josh Huggins is the Founder of GS2, a global talent solutions firm established in May 2022, specializing in leadership and mid-management positions within sustainability-conscious organizations, boasting a 100% success rate. Prior to this, Huggins served as an Advisor at Artifeks and spent over a decade at Principal People, ultimately as Managing Director, where focus included the sale of the company to The Juhler Group and the development of an executive search division for sustainability roles. Additional experience includes founding trustee roles at Safety4Good and directorial positions at Social Housing Recruitment, all while building a strong reputation in the sustainability and safety sectors. Huggins began the recruitment career at IT Talent, acquiring foundational industry knowledge.
