Rick Aurilio

Rick Aurilio has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Rick is currently working as an Investment Director at GSA - Global Student Accommodation since June 2022. Before that, they served as the Director of Asset Management at Stone Harbour Capital from March 2019 to June 2022. Prior to this role, Rick worked at Cushman & Wakefield as the Managing Director - Asset Services from September 2016 to February 2019. Rick also worked as a Strategic Portfolio Asset Manager at Blackstone Group from June 2015 to September 2016. Rick's career in real estate began at GE Capital Real Estate, where they served as the Managing Director - Asset Management from June 1991 to June 2015.

Rick Aurilio completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance & Real Estate from the University of Connecticut, where they studied from 1986 to 1991. Rick later pursued a Master of Science degree in Commercial Real Estate from New York University, from 1995 to 1997.
