Juniperangelica Gia L. has extensive experience in leadership and advocacy focused on youth and LGBTQ+ communities. Currently serving as the Co Executive Director and Senior Organizer for the TRUTH Program at GSA Network since April 2015, Juniperangelica leads initiatives that center young transgender voices through collaborations with the Transgender Law Center. Previous roles include Advisory Board Member for Campus Pride, Co-Chair of The Trevor Project's Youth Advisory Board, and Board Trustee for both the California Community Colleges Board of Trustees and Citrus College. Juniperangelica has also contributed as a Youth Trainer for GSA Network and held positions at LA Works and the University of New Mexico's LGBTQ Resource Center. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Ethnic Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, and an Associate’s Degree in Political Science and Government from Citrus College.
