GSAS Harvard Biotech Club
Michelle Boisvert has a diverse background in the biotech and medical research field. Michelle is currently the President of the GSAS Harvard Biotech Club. Prior to this, they worked as a PhD Student at Harvard Medical School starting in 2019. Michelle also has experience as a Molecular Biology Researcher at the University of California, Berkeley, where they focused on studying the Hedgehog signaling pathway and its role in diseases such as holoprosencephaly and cancer. Michelle also worked as an Amgen Scholar at the University of California, San Francisco, where they developed a new therapeutic approach to target p53 proteins in cancer cases. Michelle has additional intern experience as an Immuno-Oncology Intern at AI Therapeutics and a Biology Research Intern at The Rothberg Institute.
Michelle Boisvert attended the University of California, Berkeley from 2015 to 2019, focusing on Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology. Michelle then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biological and Biomedical Sciences at Harvard University, starting in 2019.
