Shoko Smith is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in various roles within the visual communications industry. Currently serving as the Lead Experiential Designer at GSBS Architects since 2010, Shoko also holds the position of Art Director/Producer/Partner at bpdstudio since February 2009. Previous experience includes serving as Art Director at Rare Method from December 2006 to January 2010, as well as a contract role as Graphic Designer at Primedia in 2006. Earlier in the career, Shoko worked as Art Director at MS Advertising and Design from January 2005 to June 2006 and started as a Graphic Designer at BigSky Distributors from July 2003 to January 2005. Shoko's educational background includes a BFA in Graphic Design from the University of Central Missouri and studies at the Art Institute of Boston.
