Cynthia Kahn, PMP, CSM has a diverse and impressive work experience. In 2010, they were the VP Product Development at Wellx.com, where they were sought out by the Chairman of the Board to review business concept for an online community. In 2011, they were the Scrum Master and Project Manager at NIKE for Triad Technology Group, where they transitioned Product Information capability to agile software development. In 2014, they were the Scrum Master and Project Manager at Cambia for TEKsystems, where they improved agile practices and systems development velocity. In 2016, they were the Scrum Master and Agile Coach at Intel Corporation, where they trained both teams and transitioned project management to agile scrum. In 2018, they were the Scrum Master and Project Manager at Visa for ePace Technologies, where they assessed current agile processes and implemented changes to align teams with scrum ceremonies. In 2020, they were an Advisor for Scrum Alliance, where they worked with the Certification Learning and Growth team. In 2021, they were the Co Host for Agile World, where they and Minaxi Punjabi answered audience questions about Agile practice. Lastly, they are the Founder and CEO of GSD Mindset, LLC, where they provide training and consulting solutions that focus on the right features and improve team performance.

Cynthia Kahn, PMP, CSM has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Maryland in Business and Information Systems. Cynthia is also certified as a Scrum Master (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance and a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
