TJ Rock has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies and roles. TJ started their career at Waltco in 1999 as a Cost Accountant and Staff Accountant. In 2004, they moved to MACtac as a Six Sigma Black Belt and Senior Cost Accountant. From there, they joined crane energy flow solutions in 2007 as a Plant Controller for multiple sites. In 2008, they transitioned to Cameron, a Schlumberger company, where they held various roles, including Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and Master Black Belt Finance. In 2015, they joined NCI Building Systems, Inc. as VP Finance before becoming the VP of Business Process Management. Finally, in 2015, they became the CEO and Managing Partner of GSD Solutions.

TJ Rock obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from Kent State University from 1998 to 2003. In 2006 to 2007, they pursued a Black Belt in Process Improvement from the TQM Institute. Later, in 2009, they attended Villanova University to obtain a Master Black Belt and then an Advanced Master Black Belt in Process Improvement. Finally, in 2011, TJ Rock acquired a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
