Monika Chazalon

Monika Chazalon has extensive experience in project management and customer experience, currently serving as Project Manager for Customer Experience at GSE since May 2001. Chazalon excels in client satisfaction tracking, transversal project oversight, and reporting to executive management. Previous roles include Customer Experience Specialist and Commercial Attaché, where responsibilities included managing RFI preparations, business prospecting across multiple countries, and promoting brand image. Chazalon has a solid foundation in administration and event organization, having worked as an Agency Management Assistant and Technical Assistant during the early career. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in International Business Engineering from École des hautes Études commerciales du Nord and a Bachelor's degree in Franco-Polish Relations from Université de Marie Curie Sklodowska. Fluent in French, further language skills were developed at Alliance Française in Lublin.
