Balaji K. has over three decades of experience in power plant simulation and control systems, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at GSE Systems since October 2001, where responsibilities include managing simulation projects for Combined Cycle, Super Critical Thermal, and Nuclear Plants, while providing DCS and commissioning expertise. Prior to this role, Balaji K. was an Engineering Manager, leading teams on projects connected to various DCS platforms, collaborating with industry leaders such as GE and Siemens. Balaji K. began a career as Deputy Manager at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited Bangalore from February 1990 to January 2001, focusing on engineering, design, testing, and commissioning of control systems for Fossil and Combined Cycle Power Plants. Balaji K. holds an MBA in Marketing from Indira Gandhi National Open University and a BE in Electronics and Instrumentation from Madhya Pradesh Bhoj (Open) University.
