Joe Rivera has over three decades of experience in security management and emergency response. Currently serving as Senior Incident Notification Center Supervisor at GSG Protective Services since November 2013, Joe oversees the Incident Notification Center for One West Bank, focusing on emergency responses, alarm systems, and training. Previously, Joe held various management roles at Andrews International, including Incident Notification Center Project Manager, where Joe developed emergency protocols and supervised armed response. Additional experience includes supervising security operations at Choice One Foods and The Walt Disney Studios, where Joe managed security for multiple high-profile facilities. Joe holds an Associate of Arts degree in Television Broadcasting from Los Angeles City College.
