Janet Anderson Dabt

Janet Anderson, PhD DABT, has a diverse work experience in the field of toxicology and environmental consulting. Janet currently serves as a Board Member for the Water & Health Advisory Council. Prior to this role, they worked at GSI Environmental Inc. as a Principal Toxicologist and Senior Associate. Janet also has experience as a Senior Consultant at Integral Consulting Inc. Before transitioning to the private sector, Janet had a career in the United States Air Force as a toxicologist. Janet started their professional journey as a biologist and postdoctoral fellow at the US EPA.

Janet Anderson has a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Molecular Biology from the University of Cincinnati, which they obtained from 2002 to 2007. Janet also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Biology from Wittenberg University, which they earned from 1996 to 2000. Furthermore, they have obtained a DABT certification from the American Board of Toxicology, Inc. in December 2018.
