Stephen Richardson

Stephen Richardson, PhD, PE has a strong background in environmental engineering and research and development. Stephen has held various roles throughout their career, starting at WorleyParsons Komex as an Environmental Engineer from 2002 to 2005. Stephen then joined EOS Remediation as the Director of Research & Development from 2010 to 2013. Following this, they worked at Solutions-IES as an Environmental Engineer from 2010 to 2013. Since 2013, Richardson has been with GSI Environmental Inc., initially as an Environmental Engineer and currently serving as the Vice President since January 2020. Stephen also held the role of Principal Engineer at GSI Environmental from 2017 to 2020.

Stephen Richardson, PhD, PE received their Bachelor's of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Environmental Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo from 1995 to 2000. Stephen then pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) in Environmental Engineering from Louisiana State University from 2000 to 2002. Stephen further continued their education at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where they earned their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Environmental Engineering from 2005 to 2010.
