Marlan Matsouma

Marlan Matsouma is an experienced maintenance supervisor with a background in electrical and instrumentation supervision. Recently, Marlan worked at SERVTEC Congo from July 2022 to August 2023, overseeing offshore maintenance for ENI Congo and preparing work permits, daily and weekly reports, as well as conducting preventive maintenance on critical equipment. Prior to this, Marlan held a supervisory role at BNK SERVICES, focusing on technician oversight, risk analysis, and electrical installations. Marlan began a career in the electrical field as a junior electrician at SUDELEC S A from July 2016 to September 2017. Marlan holds a professional degree in electromechanical engineering from Icam, a certificate in fire safety networks from Centre de formation servtec international, a license in industrial maintenance from Ecole Africaine de Développement, and a qualification as a scaffolding assembly supervisor from APEM.
