Katie Gibson is an experienced professional in the fields of education recruitment and sports management, currently serving as Branch Manager at GSL Education since May 2023. As the Founder and Business Owner of Female Football Fives, Katie identified a market need for a women’s 5-a-side football league and successfully established a business model, supported by notable media appearances. Prior roles include Executive Consultant at Darwin Recruitment, where focus was on tech recruitment in Germany, and Executive Recruitment Consultant at Protocol Education, specializing in secondary schools across Essex and Havering. Katie also has a background in sports coordination and marketing, with previous experience at Nottingham City of Football, South Notts Rounders, and Sport Nottinghamshire. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Sport & Leisure and Special Inclusive Education from Nottingham Trent University.
