Phil Capell

Phil Capell has been with GSL Electric Inc. since August 2002. Throughout the years, Phil has taken on various roles within the company, including Project Coordinator, Chief Estimator, and Vice President/Director of Pre-Construction Services. Prior to joining GSL, Phil worked as a Field Electrician at H&R Electric. Phil holds a B.S./A.S. degree in Technology Management/Construction Management from Utah Valley University.
