Lucy Kimani

Lucy Kimani is a project manager at GSM Systems. Lucy previously worked as an IT and Helpdesk Support Officer at Tangaza College from August 2011 to December 2011. In this role, they were responsible for database administration and support, creating and executing strategies to improve the reliability and security of IT projects and systems, and sorting out software user problems. Lucy also installed operating systems and software packages on computers and servers as required, and responded immediately to security incidents. Lucy has a strong background in IT infrastructure and network administration, and is skilled in troubleshooting active directory and group policies, as well as Enterprise resource planning (ERP).

Lucy Kimani graduated with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Project Management from Africa Nazarene University. Lucy also holds a Bachelor of Business and Information Technology (BBIT) from the University of Greenwich.
