Prior to GSM Systems, Mr. Colman held a senior leadership position in the South African Defense Force for 12 years. Current responsibilities include overseeing services and trading operations from implementation and training to ongoing service and delivery improvements. Coming from an Industrial Engineering background, ensures adherence to GSMS best practices through process mapping and workflow design with structured metrics that focus on the continual improvement cycle.
