Margaretha Ester Nainggolan

Ms. Etha brings more than 10 years of working experience related to logistics, project control, legal drafting, quality service, and external customer alignment to GSM Systems. Previously she had worked with a Multinational Logistics company which had given her a great amount of exposure to handling domestic and international delivery processes, external supplier alignment, customer complaint handling, and also project controlling. She holds a Bachelor's Degree from Parahyangan Catholic University majoring in International Relations and currently holds ISO Lead Auditor Certification and also holds Basic Cargo Certification from Garuda Indonesia.
