Eliza Johnson

Eliza Johnson is an experienced Change Manager currently employed at GSMA since May 2025. Previously, Eliza held roles at The Wayside Chapel, serving as a Frontline Community Services Worker, Project Manager, and Primary Health Project Coordinator, where Eliza engaged with diverse stakeholders, conducted needs assessments, and successfully established an onsite clinic. Eliza also worked as a Senior Change Management Consultant at Seven Consulting, leading transformation projects for various organizations. Prior experience includes serving as a Clinical Practice Executive at Gidget Foundation Australia, where Eliza managed administrative processes and co-developed a mental health triage process during the COVID-19 pandemic. Eliza holds a First Class Honours Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Macquarie University and a Bachelor of Music from the Australian Institute of Music.
