Radhika Gupta

Radhika Gupta is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in data acquisition and research strategy. Currently serving as Senior Director and Head of Data Acquisition at GSMA, Radhika oversees a 25-member team, delivering data-driven research projects that provide accurate market intelligence on global mobile operators. Previous roles at GSMA include Senior Manager, where Radhika strategized research analysis frameworks, and Manager, where project performance KPIs were defined. Prior to GSMA, Radhika held positions at Grail Insights, including Senior Associate, responsible for leading a team in research strategy execution, and Analyst, focusing on client coordination and project scope definition. Radhika holds a PGDM in Finance from FORE School of Management and a BCom (Hons) in Commerce from Delhi University.
