Shannon Brown, MHA, has been working at GSMS, Incorporated since October 2018 as a National Account Manager. Prior to this role, Shannon gained extensive experience at the US Army where they held various titles such as Supervisor, Pharmacy Support at William Beaumont Army Medical Center, Managing Technician in the Department of Pharmacy, Supervising Technician in the Inpatient Pharmacy, and Senior Advanced Individual Training Platoon Sergeant. Shannon obtained a Master's Degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Arkansas Grantham in 2017, following a Bachelor's of Science in Health Systems Management in 2015.
