After completing their university education, they obtained several additional certifications. In December 2007, they received a certification from IAB. In June 2013, they acquired a DipIFR certification. In January 2012, Svetlana obtained a SAR certification. Furthermore, they obtained a CIMA DipPM (Russian) certification from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) in May 2016. In November 2019, they achieved a CIMA Adv Dip MA certification also from CIMA. Lastly, in February 2021, they received a CIMA diploma in "Business Management" in Russian from CIMA.
