Zach Canfield

Zach Canfield has an extensive work experience in the advertising and marketing industry, starting from 2000. Zach worked as a Creative Recruiter at Goodby, Silverstein & Partners from 2000 to 2008. Then, they joined Wieden + Kennedy as the Global Director of Creative Recruiting from 2008 to 2009. After that, they returned to Goodby, Silverstein & Partners as the Associate Partner and Director of Talent from 2009 to 2014. Zach also worked at Google as the Global Creative Recruiting Lead from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, they joined Goodby Silverstein & Partners again as an Associate Partner and Director of Talent. In 2020, they became a founding member of AIR Allies in Recruiting, a collective of advertising and marketing industry recruiters. In addition, they have served as a board member at The Creative Circus since 2013.

Zach Canfield attended the New College of California from 2002 to 2005 where they studied Psychology. Prior to that, they also attended the University of Utah from 1997 to 1999, although the field of study is not specified. In addition to their formal education, Zach Canfield obtained a certification in Equify (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Culture) from Six Figure Jobs Inc. in September 2020.
