Christopher Talamas

Christopher Talamas has over 20 years of experience in the recruiting and staffing industry. Christopher began their career in 2000 as a Senior Technical Recruiter for iStaff. In 2001, they moved to Advecta as a Senior Technical Recruiter, where they were responsible for the full life cycle development and management of the technical recruiting process for a variety of IT skill sets. In 2004, they returned to iStaff as a Recruiting Manager for the IT and Federal Divisions, and then as a National Lead Recruiter focusing on web-based technologies. In 2013, they joined Randstad Technologies US as the RT Recruiting Director-NSO Services Division and Vice President of Recruiting-B2B Workforce Technologies. In 2015, they moved to IDR, Inc. as the Chief Delivery Officer, and in 2016 to SOLTECH Inc. as the Manager of Talent Acquisition Technology and Software Engineering. In 2017, they joined Locum Leaders as the Director of Recruiting, and in 2018 they joined GSquared Group as the Recruiting Manager and Technology and Operations, where they were responsible for the overall strategic direction of the organization's recruiting, delivery model, and operations of the business.

Christopher Talamas attended Georgia State University, where they earned a BA Degree in Business Management.
