Stephanie P. Gallegos

Stephanie P. Gallegos has over 20 years of experience in the Information Technology field. Stephanie P. began their career in 1998 at HP, where they held various roles including Global Program Manager, Practice Principal Consultant, Solutions Architect, Practice Operations, Global HP IT Bureaucracy Buster Program Manager, and Non-MADO Consulting/Project Manager. During their time at HP, they were responsible for program and project management for IT integration/separation of over 50 acquisitions, divestitures and strategic outsourcing deals of various sizes, regions and budgets. Stephanie P. was also a key practical driver in evolving a fledgling MADO consulting service into a robust practice and served as a thought leader to build practice credibility across main stakeholders in Corporate Development and IT.

In 2018, Stephanie began working at GSquared Group as an Information Technology Consultant. In this role, they set up and managed a PMO team consisting of Staffing, Finance, Project Management, Reporting and Administrative roles to support approximately 19 Agile Software development, infrastructure enhancement and software release management workstreams. Stephanie P. also facilitated master scope planning and provided oversight for two 6-9 month software development cycles using the Agile methodology.

Stephanie P. Gallegos holds a Master of Science (M.S.) in Information Systems from The University of Texas at Arlington, as well as a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Human Development, Family Studies, and Related Services from Texas Tech University. In addition, they have obtained a Stanford Advanced Project Management Certification from Stanford University in April 2013 and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI International in July 2005.
