Barton manages design, permitting, procurement and construction activities in the Taiwan solar market and provides recommendations regarding potential investments. Barton worked at CTCI, Formosa Renewable and GE Gas Power before he joined GSSG. He has more than twelve years EPC management experience in the energy industry including combine cycle and solar PV power plants.
