Nina Peranni

Nina manages the corporate finance activities of GSSG and its affiliates, including tax, accounting and compliance matters. For over a decade, she has actively worked in accounting and tax roles providing leadership and strategic direction on financial operations. Prior to joining GSSG, she held lead accounting positions with private investment firms managing diversified portfolios in the energy and real estate markets. Nina holds a BBA in Finance from the University of North Texas and a Masters in Accountancy from Texas State University.
