Jessica Billiau has held various roles throughout their work experience. Jessica started their career in 1998 as an Operations Manager at Select Staffing, Inc. - EmploymentGiant, where they worked until 2009. In 2009, they became the Regional Director at CornerStone Staffing Solutions, Inc. However, their tenure in this role was short-lived as they left in the same year. From 2010 to 2015, they worked as a Business Services Coordinator at ThumbWorks!. Starting in 2015, they joined GST Michigan Works! and held multiple positions. Jessica served as the Director of Communications | Public Relations from October 2015 to December 2017, then became the Director of Service Excellence from January 2018 to January 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Services Officer at GST Michigan Works! since January 2020.

Jessica Billiau completed their high school education at Imlay City High School and obtained a High School Diploma in 1995. Jessica then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Organizational Leadership at Southern New Hampshire University from 2021 to 2025. In addition to their academic achievements, Jessica also earned certifications such as Talent Pipeline Management Practitioner from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation in August 2018, and Workplace Excellence Facilitator & Master Trainer from Worknet Solutions in September 2016.
